Every item is custom-made after you place your order and may require up to 30 days for production before shipping. There may also be additional lead time required as each item is shipped from its respective factory. Do you have in-store locations too?

Yes, all of our caskets are manufactured in-house, but if you need to save on shipping costs and pick it up from us directly, we can do that for you. We’re not responsible for any damage incurred in transit though; just let us know when you come to claim your purchase.
