The CHUWI brand has introduced its new tablet, the CHUWI HiPad Max, which offers very interesting hardware and also has DRM certificates to watch quality streaming.
The CHUWI HiPad Max tablet has a very attractive design with metal casing. Inside this tablet we find the interesting Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC (SM6225), an Octa Core manufactured in 6 nm TSMC that will give us a very good performance. As an operating system we find Android 12 with DRM Widevine L1 certificates that ensure us to be able to play Netflix or Disney+ content in HD quality. In addition, we have a pretty good screen and a total amount of 8 GB of RAM which is not bad at all. A tablet that reminds us of the recent Lenovo XiaoXin Pad 2022, quite a bit cheaper right now.
The new CHUWI HiPad Max is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC manufactured in 6 nm by TSMC. It has a fast quad-core cluster with up to 2.4 GHz Kryo 265 Gold and a power-saving cluster with up to 1.8 GHz Kryo 265 Silver. In addition, this SoC integrates a mid-range Adreno 610 GPU, which allows playing any current game.
This tablet includes 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB of high-speed UFS storage memory expandable via micro SD card slot that we have on the side.
This tablet features a 10.36-inch IPS OGS display with 2000×1200 resolution with 84% screen area, 400 nits of power and fairly narrow bezels. The front camera is 5 MP, the rear camera is 8 MP with AF and in the audio section we have 4 speakers to have a powerful sound.
We have a USB Type-C 2.0 port for charging and data transfer, in the lower area we have a magnetic connector for keyboard. We also have Wifi AC connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS for location. The battery is 7000 mAh with fast charging.
